CULINARY ART (D3)



MANDATE

Mastery of science and technology (IPTEK) in the field of culinary includes; designing, making, presenting, presenting as well as paying attention to management functions in the culinary field to get added value to a food product.


ADVANTAGES

Produce graduates in the culinary field who are able to design, manufacture, present, present, and store domestic, oriental and continental food products in accordance with applicable recipe standards, product quality standards, food hygiene standards (Food Hygiene) without forgetting to pay attention to aesthetic values and apply K3 in the work environment. Besides that, D3 study program graduates have an understanding of the management functions of planning, implementing, directing, monitoring, evaluating, and controlling in food processing.


EMPLOYMENT

After completing this Diploma program, graduates are able to occupy positions in the following types of work fields such as:

1) Entrepreneurs in the catering service sector

2) Chef de party

3) Consultant in the field of Catering
