Department of Family Welfare Holds Visiting Lecturer Professor from Universiti Malaysia Sabah
Padang - Department of Family Welfare, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality (FPP) Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) held a Visiting Lecturer by presenting a lecturer from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Nurul Huda.
Head of the Department of Family Welfare Science, Dr. weni Nelmira, S.Pd.,M.Pd.T said that this Visiting Lecturer is expected to increase the publication of lecturers in the Department of Family Welfare Science, especially publications indexed by Scopus. In addition, this is an activation program in encouraging Padang State University towards a World Class University.
January 26, 2024 Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Nurul Huda has an h-index of 24 for Web of Science with 125 publications and 2077 citations; for SCOPUS: h-index 32; publication 227; citation 3696 and Google Scholar: h-index 47; hi-index 139, publication 295; citation 7113. It is hoped that his achievements and experience can help lecturers in the Family Welfare Science department.
Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Nurul Huda will be in Padang City for one month. Where he has several agendas that begin with sharing sessions with FPP Lecturers related to tips and tricks for writing Scopus Scientific Articles, public lectures with Tata Boga Students by presenting Food Nutrition Research courses face-to-face.
In order to increase the publication of Lecturer Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Nurul Huda will also guide and dissect research proposals with lecturers from the Department of Family Welfare Science. And in the middle of May Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Nurul Huda and lecturers of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality will hold scopus training which is also expected to be submitted.
