Padang- The leaders of faculties, departments and lecturers of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) must be prepared and facilitate the students to develop the soft skill (honesty and discipline) in industrial revolution 4.0. The industrial revolution 4.0 was marked by an economic revolution which changing all the aspects of life, human civilization, disrupted education, transportation and health.
"To anticipate the change in the industrial revolution, the entrepreneurship curriculum becomes one of the important subjects in universities," said the Rector of Institute Pertanian Bogor (IPB), Dr. Arif Satria, SP., M.Sc
In front of the leadership of the UNP , He said that in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 , We must be accompanied by changes in behavior and lifestyle. The UNP graduates must have skilled become good learners have technopreunership and sociopreneurship competencies on Thursday (July 18, 2019) .
On the other hand, Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D must notice the research result of lecturers of UNP. One of the important things is we must develop the management of innovation application to know global society. Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D officially opened the public lecturers of Rector of IPB at Senate Meeting Room UNP. Prof. Ganefri said that the UNP would learn a lot of knowledge from the innovation development model of IPB in industrial revolution 4.0.
"We can Learn from IPB learning experience, especially how the students can solve the problem and skill in finding the data that IPB has success in developing the ICT literacy with internet media to become a good learner," said Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D
Meanwhile, this public lecture also attended by vice rector 1,2, and 4, the senate, dean, head of institute, Head of LP2M, Director of Postgraduate, head of the bureau, and head of UPT of Universitas Negeri Padang. At the end of the public lecturer, Prof. Ganefri accompanied by the vice rector handed over the souvenir and embedding the honorary pins to the Rector of IPB, Dr. Arif Satria and photo session.
