Padang-The teacher and educators are the major role to improve the motivation and smart, because the future teacher will be central to their students. Based on the problem, the LP3M (Institute of Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute of Learning Development and Quality Assurance) of Universitas Negeri Padang held academic orientation for PPG participants batch III, 2019 at Multipurpose, Faculty of Engineering of UNP on (7/31).

Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D said the teacher as the educator is not only transferring their knowledge, but the teachers can create positive character students. The development of Era of technology teachers must have operated their technology to transfer their knowledge to the students.


" Educators must be smart to create an innovation; the teacher must be intelligent and smart people because the teacher will be central for their students”, said the Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri , Ph.D at the opening of Academic Orientation Activity and the signing of the Academic Assistance MoU for 332 PPG (Teacher Professional Education) participants.


Prof. Ganefri hopes all participants will get the maximum result after follows these activities. Hopefully, all participants will get the maximum results. Meanwhile , Head of LP3M , Edwin Musdi accompanied by the Head of UNP's LP3M Field Experience Centre , Dr. Waskito , Mt. explained there are 332 participants of PPG in 3rd force position . The participants of PPG come from Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, Riau Islands, South Sumatra and Bengkulu. (Public Relations of UNP)
