Accreditation Progress of UNP Study Program Developing Well, postgraduate program of Environmental Science Visited by BAN-PT

Padang—Universitas Negeri Padang towards international accreditation and reaccreditation of institution as one of the efforts of UNP to become State Universities Legal Entities (PTN-BH) in 2025. To realize the PTN-BH in 2020, UNP has 50 studies programmed with A accreditation to face up the accredited institution. Rector of UNP represented by Vice Rector I, Prof. Yunia Wardi said that until July 2019, a total of 39 from the 101 study programs had received "A" accreditation.

"Now, UNP is waiting for AUN-QA international accreditation visitation for four study programs. Moreover, in 2020, there are ten study programs will get international accreditation ASIIN “, Said Prof. Yunia Wardi front of the BAN-PT Assessor team, Prof. Dr. Ing. Loyola Setyawan Purnama (Lecturer from UGM Yogyakarta) and Dr. Eng. Marino, ST. Mt. (Lecturer from Undip Semarang) at UNP Postgraduate building on Thursday (25/7/2019).

Meanwhile, Prof. Yunia Wardi also explained Insya Allah, in 2025 UNP would become PTN-BH with many study programs has A accreditation and quality assurance at UNP will gain the trust of users and the public based on the changing climate of the Global Industrial Revolution 4.0. Meanwhile, Director of UNP Postgraduate, Prof. Yeni Rozimela, MA accompanied by Study Program Coordinator, Dr. Indang Dewata, M.Si in front of the accreditation assessors said that there is 29 study programs of the postgraduate also waiting for the field assessments from the BAN-PT.
