Rector of UNP Requests to YPKMI to Vacate STO Location

Padang – the unilateral former land at Rahman Hakim Street No. 6 Padang received management permission from the Ministry of Education by the Indonesian Community Welfare and Education Foundation (YPKMI) which shade by College of Law (STIH) and School of Social and Political Sciences (STISIP) are not proven after the Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D and Ministry of Finance RI through Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), Riau Sumatra, Riau Islands, and leaders of High Prosecutor's West Sumatra visited the STO on Thursday (May 9, 2019).

Erasmus Marco Teras Ph.D. and team from Tampere University Finland was visited Universitas Negeri Padang on Friday (January, 2019). The arrival of Marco Teras, Ph.D. and team at Universitas Negeri Padang is to discuss joining project Erasmus Education in the development of Online Learning. The Rector of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), Prof. Ganefri held a meeting with the leaders and academics of the Faculty of Sports Sciences (FIK) at Tuesday (January 8). The arrival of Prof. Ganefri was in order to socialize the achievements of UNP’s performance besides of strengthening the consolidation of leaders in FIK with the academic community.

At the beginning of 2019, the Rector of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D., and other leaders of university visited the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS) on Tuesday (January 8). "With this first visit to the FBS, we hoped that it will have an impact on strengthening the management and accountability of the faculty which led by Prof. M Zaim," the Rector of UNP said at the meeting forum with the academic community of FBS.

A total of 1500 students participated in the Educational Practice Program (PLK) of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) which held on a full day at the Auditorium Building of UNP (Monday, January 7). The event which started from 2019 January to June was opened by the Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri. Through the debriefing, the students of UNP who will be prospective professional teachers in the future can get knowledge related to their duties and obligations in their respective agencies.
