Padang - The Minister of Communication and Information (Kemenkominfo) of the Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with Universitas Negeri Padang held a public lecture about “Preparing Infrastructure and Human Resources in Industry 4.0” at Auditorium UNP on Thursday (April 11, 2019)
The public lecture presented the minister of communication and information, Rudiantara as the main speakers in front of thousands of students from state/private universities, high school and vocational student in West Sumatra. Furthermore, the public lecture also presented the VP of Public Policy and Government Relations Tokopedia, Astri Wahyuni .
In addition, the Minister of Communication and Information of Republic of Indonesia, Rudiantara explained that the development of Indonesia in Industry 4.0 create variously of service business online, competing and shifting of the government's role in regulation, facilities and acceleration of online business.
The Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Rudaintara has provided the opportunity for 18 state university partners and 10 state universities and 22 state poly technique partners and UNP for the scholarship which focus on business development in the digital era. Furthermore, Rudiantara also said that had been provided the training of 14,000 - 11.000 to train people via online.
On that occasion, Rudiantara, MBA also explained the development of digital technology sector’s creative industries in front of thousands of students form state/private universities. Meanwhile, VP of Public Policy and Government Relations Tokopedia, Astri Wahyuni expound about the business creative in digital technology.
The Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D also explained from this public lecture the academics are aware of the policies that exist in the government regarding the development of technology.
